This option allows you to book one-hour trauma and resilience coaching sessions. You may choose between in-person sessions, phone call or online format. This option is for individuals who have the desire to rebuild, but are caught in ineffective thoughts, patterns or habits and feel trapped in overwhelm and/or insecurity.
In each session, you will be guided through the essential elements necessary for rebuilding + equipped with the tools and resources you need to develop a foundation for personal growth and spiritual transformation.

Learn best practices for seeing + responding to yourself and those in your community.
An online cohort designed to equip kingdom-minded individuals as they serve + walk alongside those who may have experienced trauma and/or suffering.
In this interactive cohort, individuals be equipped to understand trauma and develop new insight which will impact the way they serve the people in their churches and communities.
Here's what's included:
Five, 2-hour live group coaching sessions via Zoom, including group discussion and Q + A. Next cohort begins September 2024.
Virtual Sessions held on the following Tuesdays from 12:00-1:30pm (PDT): Sept. 10th and 24th, Oct. 8th and 22nd, and Nov. 5th.
Two individual coaching sessions, 60 minutes each. The first, to discuss your vision, goals, and next steps. The second to be held 3-6 months after the end of the cohort, to consult and follow-up on your progress, questions, etc.
Recommended readings from the Bible and other sources. Assignments to enhance discussion and promote insight.
